The Practice operates in an open team environment, allowing a freedom of interpretation for the development of ideas and solutions. In turn we seek to continuously improve our performance with a clarity of purpose, a sense of urgency and a dedicated commitment to deliver successful solutions.

We have a total commitment to abide by the client's instructions regarding confidentiality. Throughout any assignment, we will maintain regular communication with clients and candidates, informing them of the progress or their current situation respectively.

Before accepting an assignment, we would advise the client of any potential conflicts of interest and any material restriction to which we were subject, by reason of undertakings given to other clients. We would also agree an "off limits" rule which would include our undertaking that we would not, without prior permission, make any first approach;

a) to any candidate that we placed with that client while those candidates remain employed by that client; or

b) to any employee of a client within a minimum of one year of completing an assignment.

It is imperative that clear lines of communication are established from the beginning of the assignment. It is equally important that there is a quick turnaround of information, keeping all relevant parties informed of how the recruitment process is proceeding. The recruitment process must be a flexible partnership, with time being taken to build such long-term partnerships becoming fundamental to an organisations success, especially when working on more strategic recruitment programmes.

Without compromise we would always encourage equal opportunity and discourage any discriminatory practices.
