The advertised selection approach is used where the client wishes to attract as wide an audience as possible. This can be done in one of two ways; either under their own brand to gain a higher profile in the marketplace or under the ESA logo to maintain anonymity.

From the initial brief on the position, we will formulate text, graphics, size, layout and media for publication gaining full client approval before going to print.

We compile, acknowledge and qualify the response and then interview suitable candidates.

Full reports will be prepared for all the candidates from these initial interviews. These reports will consist of an individual appraisal of the candidates, their experience, qualifications and abilities, the candidates’ resume and a copy of the psychometric analysis report, if required.

From our interview process, the most suitable candidates will be short-listed and recommended to meet our client. We will arrange and manage this process, normally to take place at the client’s premises or, alternatively, at a confidential location if required.

To conclude the process, we will assist in making an offer to the chosen candidate and the negotiation of these terms. We can also help in obtaining suitable references.

In order to keep the Client fully informed on the progress of the assignments that we are working on, it is our policy to issue a weekly update that briefly summarises the progress made on each position. We will prepare a summary document detailing all the candidates who expressed an interest in any position, detailing the reasons for the respective inclusion or exclusion from the shortlist.
